Before You Buy:
- Our catalog prices do
not include shipping. Rates will be quoted
based on your destination.
- We are required to
collect sales tax on all purchases
within New York State.
Sales tax is payable on the purchase
price plus shipping &
handling.
- We do not offer a
shopping cart service or online order
form. We do accept PayPal
which is a secure way to transfer funds
electronically as well as Visa,
Mastercard or Discover by phone,
personal check (U.S., allow 7 days to
clear), postal money order (U.S. only)
or Western Union money order payable to
Finger Lakes Photo Books, P.O. Box
1002, Elbridge, NY 13060.
- We normally ship
within 2 to
5 business
days from receipt of
payment. Business days do not include
weekends or holidays.
- Email
requests are
responded to within 48 hours (excluding
weekends). We do not send automated
email confirmations or shipping
notifications.
Privacy
Policy:
We will not divulge or
sell your
personal information or email address to
any organization or third party, nor do we
consider your personal data as an asset
that can be resold. Our business
relationships with our customers are
private, personal and totally
secure.
Return Policy:
To return an item: please
phone, fax or e-mail us first for a
Return
Authorization. We will
provide you with instructions on how and
where to return the package.
You may return a book for
any reason within 10 days of shipment for
exchange, credit or refund (excluding
shipping). All items must be returned in
the same condition as originally shipped,
well packed, insured and with a copy of
the packing slip. We do not pay return
freight.

note: shipping and sales tax
will NOT be calculated automatically on
the PayPal website. Orders are normally
shipped 2 to 5 business days from receipt
of payment. Weekends are not included in
this schedule. We do not send automated
email confirmations that a PayPal payment
has been received.

The recommended method to send credit card
information via the internet is a two-part
email message spaced 10-15 minutes
apart:
- SEND the first half of
your credit card number including your
name, address, Cat No., original manual
or reprint
- WAIT 10-15 minutes then
send the second half of your credit
card number, expiration date and
3-digit verification code in the second
message.
- REVIEW your credit card
number and expiration date for accuracy
before sending. Invalid or transposed
numbers will delay your order.
