Seller Terms:

  • Prices listed do not include shipping charges.
  • For payment, we accept: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or Discover card by phone, Personal Check (allow 7 days to clear) or Postal Money Order.
  • New York State residents add sales tax to the total order (including shipping charges).
  • Most orders ship in 2 to 5 business days from receipt of payment. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
  • Email inquiries are responded to within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). We do not send e-mail confirmations of payment received or shipping notifications.

Return Policy:
10 day return privilege (excluding shipping). Repair Manual Reprints are returnable for full credit if there is a defect in printing or binding only. A $5.00 restocking charge will apply unless the manual was shipped in error.
