received my Berlebach 3032 and it's like night and day!
Using the Berlebach tripod has totally eliminated the shake
and vibrations I experienced using other tripods with my
TeleVue refractor telescope. I can even use this wonderful
combination on our wood deck and enjoy rock-solid viewing. I
had put off purchasing a wood tripod for a long time because
of the prohibitive prices of other brands. I sure am glad I
found both Berlebach and Finger Lakes Photo Outfitters. The
product is great and your service exceptional.

for the two Graflex Speed Graphic this morning. I think your

I am the guy you sent a
replacement service manual for the 28mm F3,5 PC-Nikkor lens
when the first one was lost in transfer. Just want to tell
you that the repair is successfully completed. The manual
did not give every information I wanted, but together with
the somewhat richer documentation on the 28mm F4 lens and
the exploded views I could undertake the job with some
confidence. I am a very pleased customer! (I see that you
also sell the Berlebach tripods. I own a Report 8023 and
find it just excellent. Beautiful, and a pleasure to use
even in sub-freezing weather.)

manual I ordered four weeks ago probably has been lost in
transit. Anyway, I have not received it. You sent a
replacement manual on January 29th, 2004. It arrived
yesterday, February 3rd, carefully packaged and in fully
intact condition. Thank you very much! I think your sense of

arrived safe & sound this morning. It was posted on 26th
January, so was not the one you originally sent. I'll hang
