Our catalog prices do not
include shipping. Rates will be be quoted
based on destination.

Destinations: DHL Ground.
- International
Destinations: we ship only via USPS
Airmail Parcel Post insured.
Payment
Accepted:
PayPal ,Visa, Mastercard
or Discover, personal check (U.S., allow 7
days to clear), postal money order (U.S.)
or Western Union money order payable to

Sales Tax:
We are required to collect
sales tax on all purchases shipped within
New York State. Sales tax is payable on
the purchase price including shipping.
Please add sales tax based on the
rate
applicable for your county or city.

We respond to email
requests within 48 hours (keep in mind we
ar closed on weekends).
Returns and
Cancellations:
You may return an item for
any reason within 10 days of shipment for
exchange, credit or refund (excluding
freight).
- New items
must be returned with blank warranty
card (when supplied) and in the same
condition as originally shipped with
original manufacturers packaging and
paperwork.
- There is a
10%
restocking charge on all new equipment.
Cancelled orders that have been billed
and invoiced but not yet shipped are
also subject to a 10% restocking
charges.

PayPal:
Go to paypal.com. Log in
your password. Click on the link "Send
Money". We are the Receipient and our
address is flpbks@localnet.com. Type in
the amount you are sending. If you are
ordering an item off our website, click on
"Goods (other)" in the "Please Select
Type" box. Include a note as to the item
you are ordering, the Item # price, you
name and shipping address.
Note: PayPal
does not automatically calculate shipping,
insurance or sales tax.
