Frequently asked questions
We are an online resource for photographers and repair technicians looking for information on maintaining and repairing photographic equipment. We have been selling reprinted manuals for over 25 years with the support and encouragement of many manufacturers who cannot support old, long discontinued materials.
You can also find our repair manual reprints for sale on ebay (https://www.ebay/str/goodygifts)
What is a repair
A repair manual shows the repair technician how to take apart, clean, lubricate, fix cameras, shutters, lenses and projectors.
Do you offer pdf
We only offer printed manuals shipped to you by mail.
How are your service &
repair manual reprints produced?
We print from the factory manual using state-of-the-art black and white printers which scan the page and produce black & white laser copies. This is not your typical self-serve Xerox copier you find at an office supply store. Each page is corrected for density and printed on 20 lb. white stock.
Most have schematics, teardown illustrations, exploded views (photographs or drawings) and/or parts list. Standard size is 8-1/2"x11" (210x278mm), can be double-sided and in some manuals there are 11"x17" fold-out pages. The manual will have a clear acetate front cover, heavyweight color cardstock covers and comb binding which allows the pages to open completely flat when in use.
